Cristian Timothy Camacho

My name is Cristian Timothy Camacho, and I am a fourth year Real Estate Finance Student at Cal Poly SLO. 

I was thrown into the business world at such a young age. I worked hard at my first job to make it to management as a Senior in High School. Seeing how a company runs from the inside is what inspired me to apply to Business School. 

Over through my career experience, I have seen many aspects of Businesses as a whole. But I firmly believe that the most important one is relationship building. Relationship Building is the foundation for any Business as a whole, whether it is in Sales, Real Estate, or Finance. 

Just Recently, I pivoted my College Concentration to Real Estate Finance, I feel that it was the best move. Being apart of Real Estate Finance has shown me the importance of Real Estate Investment and Sales as a whole. How much time and effort that goes into each deal. But also, the relationship building side, whether it is with clients or contractors.

My Minor is in Real Property Development. This minor puts my skills of  Sales, Finacial Analysis, Relationship Building at a trifecta. I am very passionate about Real Estate Devepment, specifically seeing a project be built from the ground up to operations. The impact that it has on the world and on people is what motivates me as a professional!
